Domestic shipping Sweden
We offer domestic shipping as our standard service. However, if you require international shipping, exceptions can be made upon request. Please don't hesitate to contact me via email for further assistance.
Typically, your order will be processed and shipped within 2-7 working days. Using a trackable shipping service with PostNord, ensuring secure and traceable delivery either to your doorstep or a designated postal agent. PostNord's estimated delivery time is approximately 1-3 working days. Please note that the delivery cost will be added at the final stage of your checkout.
Returns
Return Cost
You as the customer are responsible for the return shipping, which means the shipping cost and that the item is returned in its original condition, in its original packaging and packaging.
14 Days to Return
You have the right to cancel within 14 working days. Send an email with the order number and information. Once the return is approved the parcel can be sent back.
Returns and Exchanges
All ceramic products are diligently packaged to ensure safe delivery. However, despite my best efforts, handling during transit by postal services can sometimes be less than careful. We advise you to thoroughly inspect the packaging for any signs of damage before accepting your delivery. If you notice any damage to the package, please do not accept it. Instead, contact the shipping company immediately to report the issue and seek further instructions.
